This collection includes the historical papers of the Delta of Maryland Chapter of Phi Beta Kappa including two applications for a chapter filed in 1949 and 1977. Abstract
Items pertaining to Western Maryland College collected by Mr. M. Dale Townsend's mother, Eleanor Arndt Townsend. Mrs. Townsend did not attend Western Maryland College, however a friend of hers did and Mr. Townsend graduated from Western Maryland in 1951.
