Included are Edith De Berry Powell's compositions, correspondence, artifacts and books from her college years which make up the bulk of the material. Abstract This collection contains a scrapbook of programs, notes, invitations, and cutouts collected by Eleanor Schmidt Tate when she was a student at Western Maryland College, a menu from the 1931 Christmas Banquet, a menu booklet from the College Inn (Westminster, Md.), a news clipping, "Harlow Must Depend on Green Men," the April 28, 1933 edition of The Gold Bug, and a December 6, 1931 Baltimore American Sports newspaper clipping-"Picture Story Shows Why Terps Swamped Terrors."
